Loved the spacious dog-friendly room with nice little touches for our pet. Breakfast choices were extensive and tasty. The dark atmosphere throughout the hotel felt a bit uninviting at times. Great location for hiking nearby.

The luxury suite offered impressive decor with bespoke furniture, giving a charming and inviting atmosphere. The in-house bakery produced delightful pastries for breakfast, enhancing the overall dining experience.
The restaurant experience fell short, with a lack of communication about the West Restaurant's set menu leading to unexpected choices. Additionally, the seating options in the common areas were limited, making it hard to find a spot to relax after dinner. Some guests noted noise issues from common areas, which might disrupt peace during late hours.

Just back from a nice stay at The Twelve. The room had a great layout, with lots of space and a comfy bed. Loved the friendly atmosphere in the Pins restaurant. breakfast was top-notch, with a great selection that even pleased my picky eater. The food exceeded expectations. The staff always greeted me with smiles, making me feel welcome. However, there were some issues. The hotel seemed to lack adequate soundproofing, which made my nights less restful, especially with traffic noise from the street side. I also noticed some cleanliness issues in shared areas, like dust on the surfaces. And on one night, I struggled to find seating in the bar, which felt too crowded to really enjoy a quiet drink. It would also be nice to have clearer communication about restaurant reservations. Overall, not a bad stay, but improvements could definitely make it better.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We enjoyed spa treatments and dined at local spots. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. Rooms were spacious, making it great for our group. Don't miss out on the lively bar atmosphere during your stay!
One downside was the unclear dog policy when some friends tried to bring their puppy, which caused disappointment. It seemed a bit offputting.
